Once again, I'm drawn to an image of a sleeping woman, because I am so longing for a peaceful sleep. This hacking cough I've developed keeps me awake at night. Truth be told, I'd probably still be hacking and sneezing if I ever decided to lay myself down in a field of flowers. I also spent too many years living in Texas to trust flopping down in the grass. Chiggers, fire ants and scorpions, Oh, no! I believe I'll have to wait until Heaven to enjoy sleeping in a field of flowers. Yes, this is more likely a picture of Heaven resting in a ripe vineyard's field. Until that time, God is expecting us to harvest His land.
