Going With God

Mark 16:15
King James Version (KJV)
15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

“You can kiss your family and friends good-bye and put miles between you, but at the same time you carry them with you in your heart, your mind, your stomach, because you do not just live in a world but a world lives in you.”
― Frederick Buechner
“Go where your best prayers take you.”
― Frederick Buechner
I've been saying goodbyes to people who are off on their summer vacations and I wish them well, all the while wishing I could be the one taking the trip, the irony being that we live in a place that where other people migrate to for their summer trips.  Vacations aren't excuses for taking time off from God, although I know I've tried to do so.  While we may not go out as boldly as the driver of the converted bus in this picture, we do go out with God and for God, because we belong to Him and He lives in us.  Who knows who God will put in your path for His purposes?  So go with a prayer and a blessing and be refreshed.
