"It's not in his skill set," was the way a former boss would describe an employees failure to grasp the fundamentals of a job. He would then give them work in what they could be successful. Jesus seemed to understand his disciple's skill set, when he told them they would be still fishing but fishing for men. So don't be afraid, God knows you well and will not give you more than you what you are able to do. He does, however, want you to do what He knows you can do; and He does believe you can go; so go. He'll take care of the how, where, what and who. The when is now.
He supplies the fish. Just don't forget your worms.
