This virus of mine has affected my voice, and I've discovered that I've grown attached to hearing myself talk. A lack of conversation leads to dullness of thought and frustration at not being understood. So I find myself amazed again at how Jesus sacrificed Himself for us. He could have called down Heaven to stop the audacity of his trial before men, but he did not open his mouth. I'm forever grateful.
